"Horrible service. I am very disappointed with State Farm’s handling of my refund. I paid for two policies in March, and after six months I still haven’t received the refund they promised. They kept giving excuses, mailing the check to the wrong address while sending other items correctly. Instead of solving the issue, they shamelessly sent me a bill for another 6 months with a $50 increase. It feels like they are trying to keep my money and force me to stay, which I will never accept. I will be looking for another insurance provider and will pursue legal action to claim my rights.
